Service scope

Sellyo enables businesses to create and manage digital loyalty passes and customer interactions linked to wallet platforms.

Businesses are responsible for accurate campaign configuration, legal compliance of offers, and secure use of account credentials.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability.

You must not use Sellyo for unlawful activity, deceptive campaigns, abuse of customer data, or unauthorized access attempts.
